 ABOUT MS.  INSPIRATION TO TEACH:
What inspired you to become a teacher in the 3 year old classroom in Explorers Learning Center at K2?  “What inspired me to become a teacher in the 3-year-old classroom at Explorers Learning Center at K2 is my love for working with young children and my desire to provide them with a safe, fun, and educational environment where they can grow and develop. I believe the early years are crucial for a child's development, and I want to be part of their learning.”

MEMORABLE EXPERIENCE:
Can you share a memorable teaching moment that had a significant impact on you or your students? “When a group of children decided to work together to build a giant tower with blocks. At first, it seemed like they weren't going to make it, but after collaborating, communicating, and solving problems together, they finally completed the tower. Seeing how they learned to work as a team, to be patient, and to celebrate success together was an incredible moment. Moments like that remind me why I love teaching: seeing the growth and confidence in each child.”

 CLASSROOM STRATEGIES:
How do you engage and motivate students in your 3 year old classroom? I use a variety of hands-on activities and incorporate lots of visual and sensory elements to keep them interested. I try to make learning fun by turning lessons into games or interactive experiences. Building strong relationships with each child and showing them that their ideas and contributions are valued also helps keep them motivated and eager to participate.”
